Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with FijiVapor. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to assist you.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached to qualify for a return.

  • Return Window: You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to initiate a return.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to health and safety regulations, certain products, such as opened e-liquids or used personal vaporizers, are not eligible for return.

Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service at admin@fijivapor.com or call us at 7462083 within 24 hours of your purchase to initiate a return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once approved, you'll receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we'll inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.frcs.org.fj

  • Processing: Approved refunds will be processed immediately to your original method of payment. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different model or variant, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at admin@fijivapor.com or 7462083 with details and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
