Age Restricted Goods (ARG) Policy

Delivery Requirements:
Delivery will only be made to the individual whose name appears on the order (or their designated receiver).

  • All delivery agents and representatives from our partnered courier services will not deliver e‑cigarettes to anyone for whom they have reasonable grounds to believe is under the age of eighteen.
  • Delivery agents are required to take reasonable steps to verify that the recipient is at least 18 years old. They must document this verification by prefixing the Proof of Delivery (POD) with the letters “R18”. At a minimum, these steps include:
    • Visually confirming that the recipient is unquestionably over the age of 18.
    • If the recipient (or an authorized signatory) appears to be under the age of 25 or if there is any doubt about their age, a valid form of identification must be presented and checked. Acceptable forms of ID include a current driver's license, passport, or a hospitality card containing both a photo and date of birth.

Additional Fees:
In the event that an incorrect address is provided, resulting in inaccurate shipping fee calculations, we may require additional payment to cover the correct shipping fee. If this occurs, your order may be placed on hold, and we will contact you via phone or email to resolve the discrepancy.

Redirection Policy:
To ensure accurate delivery, FijiVapor cannot process redirection requests once a parcel has been dispatched. Please contact the courier service (or visit their website) using your tracking number if you wish to request a redirection. FijiVapor is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen parcels resulting from redirection.

Please note: Some orders may not be dispatched on the same day due to stock availability and may take up to 10 days to ship.

Lost or Stolen Parcels:
FijiVapor is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen upon delivery. If your parcel is lost or stolen, please contact your local courier service immediately to initiate an investigation. Failure to do so may result in no compensation being provided by the courier service.

Parcel Not Received:
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of the marked delivery time.
  • Check around your property to ensure the parcel was not left in an inconspicuous location.
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for the courier service to complete their investigation after you have contacted us.

Since delivery is managed by local courier services, we cannot dispatch a replacement parcel until their investigation is complete. If you wish to dispute the outcome of a courier service investigation, please contact them directly.
